Shipping policy

 

UK shipping

At the moment, you can only place an order for UK delivery on this website. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have questions or specific requirements: I will do my absolute best to assist.

International shipping

If you are an international customer, please either place your order on my Etsy shop here or get in touch via the Contact section.

Order processing times

I aim to process your order within 1-3 working days (this excludes weekends and bank holidays). This means that the goods you order will leave me within 1-3 full working days from the moment you place the order. Delivery time is added on top of that (usually a 1-2 days) - please refer to the Estimated delivery times section below for further details.

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you make your payment and place the order and another one once your order is shipped. Please check your spam folder in case you cannot find the confirmation email in your main inbox.

Estimated delivery times

I use Royal Mail to ship your orders and I deliver items using First Class unless your order is part of a promo (free shipping), in which case I might use a different shipping option. 

Currently, Royal Mail states that First Class deliveries are made the next working day, however on occasion they do take longer. This is especially true during the holiday season (for example Christmas), where deliveries are delayed by days or even weeks. Please allow enough time for your order to arrive. Delivery times are unfortunately out of my control.

If you require quicker delivery, please get in touch via the Contact form and I will calculate this for you and do my best to accommodate your requirements.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. I offer standard free delivery on orders over £100.

Updating your order

If you noticed a mistake in your order, please get in touch with me within the next few hours. Once you receive the shipping confirmation, no order edits can be made. 

Please note that I am not responsible for the items if you give out incorrect details such as your delivery address. However, I will do my best to help out if the items have not been despatched yet.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to arrive from the moment I dispatch your order.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

I accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, only if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please note that I will not accept any of the following back:

  • Any worn or washed T-shirts
  • Used mugs
  • Used or opened cards
  • Used prints
  • Used stickers

For any unused items, I will refund the item amount minus the delivery cost (if any). Shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility and unfortunately I will not be able to reimburse you for those. Please note that I can only refund you for the items if I receive these back, therefore please keep your receipt of delivery.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact me as soon as possible via the Contact form with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
